    Payment

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Googe Pay and PayPal.

     

    Where is my refund?

    We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us.

    Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account.

    With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

    Ordering and delivery

    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

    We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.

    Just visit www.behrandco.com.au/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order.

    If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@behrandco.com.au just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    Why has my order been canceled?

    We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel.

    Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@behrandco.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

    Can I alter my order?

    Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

    When will my order arrive?

    What countries do you ship to?

    We can ship to most regions worldwide. Please check and contact us, we will do our best to ship to you.

    How much is shipping?

    $10 standard delivery on orders under $100 | FREE delivery on orders over $100 (within Australia only) 

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery.

    In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

    Returns

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    For orders on our website.

    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    How do I return an item?

    Providing the return is within the 7 -day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@behrandco.com.au

     

    My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via helphello@behrandco.com.au with the details.

    We’ll respond within 72 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

    How long does it take to return an item?

    This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item.

    Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

    Do you sell gift vouchers?

    Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number.

    What you need to know about me...
     
    SOLID BRASS: Our solid brass is a natural material that contains raw metals which over time can patina and age. This is part of its organic aging process and is not considered a flaw or imperfection.
     
    NICKEL PLATED BRASS: The raw material used for this finish is solid brass. It has a semi-matte nickel-plated finish. They have a solid, heavy hand just like the original brass pieces.
     
    MATT POWDER COAT IRON (BLUSH & BLACK): Made from iron metal and powder-coated numerous times to achieve a smooth, solid, and consistent finish.
     
    *A majority of the Century range is crafted by hand, therefore subtle human variation may occur in the finish (plating), size and shape.
     
    How you can show me love...
     
    SOLID BRASS: 
    1. First & foremost...make sure you’ve purchased real brass! It’s hard to tell if what you’ve purchased is actually brass or not. The easiest way to check is to grab a magnet and see if it attaches to the object. If it DOES then it’s NOT brass but some other element.
    2. Mix equal parts of flour, lemon juice or white vinegar, and baking powder (enough to cover the surface area you are cleaning).
    3. Create a paste.
    4. Apply paste with a soft brush or paper towel and leave it for 10mins or so.
    5. Rinse under water, dry and buff.

    *** For stubborn marks or stains apply Brasso and buff with soft microfibre cloth

    *** For extreme marks or scratches use a fine scotch-brite pad. Lightly buff in circular motions on vases, trays, and coasters.

     
    NICKEL PLATED BRASS: buff out fingerprints and water spots with a dry, soft, clean cloth. Do not apply any harsh abrasive cleaning agents.
     
    POWDER COAT IRON: wipe down the surface with a soft, clean, damp cloth. Do not apply any harsh abrasive cleaning agents. Due to the nature of a matt surface or finish, some markings and scratches may be visible.

    What you need to know about me...
     
    Our marble range consists of genuine natural stone. Each piece will vary slightly in vein pattern, colour & tone. You may also notice slight imperfections such as pitting and fissuring, cracks and chips. All these natural characteristics add to the unique beauty of your marble piece...no single piece will ever be the same as another.
     
    How you can show me love...
     
    To ensure your marble piece/s last a lifetime, take care that surfaces are not left wet, submerged in water, or cleaned with harsh abrasives.
     
    Simply wipe the surface down with a soft, damp cloth. Be aware that food & liquids containing oils, acids and strong pigments can cause some slight marking or discolouration over time. Avoid contact with sharp objects where possible and always handle your marble with care to avoid breakage.

    What you need to know about me...

    Alpaca fleece is known as the ‘super’ fiber for the following reasons:

    • Light weight, yet warm
    • Hypoallergenic
    • Natural silk-like sheen
    • No lanolin, therefore low "prickle" factor
    • Low shrinkage and superior comfort
    • Won't mat or pill
    • Breathable
    • Flame resistant
    • Low static electricity
    • Stain resistant
    • Odour resistant
    • Natural and biodegradable

    How you can show me love...

    Vacuum regularly on a low power setting to prevent dirt from settling in the fibres. A high power setting can damage the fibre by pulling out some
    of the yarn.

    For liquid spills, blot (do not rub) with plain paper towel until dry. Professional cushion cleaning may be recommended depending on spillage content.

    Fill a clean sink or tub with cold water and a small amount of mild liquid detergent like baby shampoo or a fine fibres formula. (Using hot water, or even two different temperatures of water, will “shock” the fibres).

    Do not use chlorine, bleach or even wool detergents, as these harsh cleaners can cause damage.

    Avoid twisting, wringing, scrubbing as this will cause felting.

    Some shedding will occur due to the nature of the yarn, this will settle over time. Please cut any loose fibres with scissors, do not pull them out.
