RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At BEHR & CO., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns, exchanges, and store credits under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Important:

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure your return is securely packaged and use tracked shipping where possible.
  • For bundle purchases, items must be returned as a complete set, unless otherwise approved.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include a clear description and photographs when submitting your return request.

Once reviewed and approved, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange depending on the situation. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. 


3. Change of Mind Returns

  • No refunds to the original payment method are offered for change-of-mind returns.
  • A store credit will be issued for the item value, excluding original and return shipping fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.
  • If we provide a pre-paid return label, the label cost will be deducted from your store credit.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Complete the return request form at the bottom of this page and clearly state the reason for return.
  • Once approved, a pre-paid return label will be provided.
  • Depending on the courier, you may need to drop off the parcel or it may be collected from your address.
  • Please retain tracking details for your records.


5. Refunds

If your return is approved for a refund (e.g. for faulty or incorrect items):

  • You’ll be notified via email once we receive and inspect the item.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account and card provider.
  • Contact your bank — processing times may vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at hello@behrandco.com.au.


6. Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Submit your request via the return form or contact us at hello@behrandco.com.au.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the return is received.
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.


8. International Returns

  • Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility.
  • Duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.


9. Policy Misuse

To protect our customers and business, BEHR & CO. reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that:

  • Do not meet the policy criteria
  • Are submitted after the allowed return window
  • Are deemed excessive, abusive, or fraudulent
