RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BEHR & CO., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns, exchanges, and store credits under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition (undamaged), and returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging items for return to prevent damage during transit. This is especially important for fragile items such as marble or stone. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Important:
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure your return is securely packaged and use tracked shipping where possible.
- For bundle purchases, items must be returned as a complete set, unless otherwise approved.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include a clear description and photographs when submitting your return request.
Once reviewed and approved, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange depending on the situation. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Change of Mind Returns
- No refunds to the original payment method are offered for change-of-mind returns.
- A store credit will be issued for the item value, excluding original and return shipping fees.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.
- If we provide a pre-paid return label, the label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Complete the return request form at the bottom of this page and clearly state the reason for return.
- Once approved, a pre-paid return label will be provided.
- Depending on the courier, you may need to drop off the parcel or it may be collected from your address.
- Please retain tracking details for your records.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved for a refund (e.g. for faulty or incorrect items):
- You’ll be notified via email once we receive and inspect the item.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account and card provider.
- Contact your bank - processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange:
- Submit your request via the return form or contact us at hello@behrandco.com.au.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the return is received.
- If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
8. International Returns
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility.
- Duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.
9. Policy Misuse
To protect our customers and business, BEHR & CO. reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that:
- Do not meet the policy criteria
- Are submitted after the allowed return window
- Are deemed excessive, abusive, or fraudulent
